Are ther changes to entering the venue?


To ensure social distancing and the safety of staff and patrons, entry to the foyer and theatre will be directed via signage, floor markings, bollards and staff. Designated separate entry and exit points will always be clearly signed and monitored by staff. WUCAC staff will be on hand to answer any patron queries and to assist with patron movement throughout the building.




How will I maintain social distancing at WUCAC?


All patron movement whilst at WUCAC will be directed by signage, floor markings, bollards and staff to ensure social distancing is maintained. Designated separate entry and exit points will be monitored by WUCAC staff, earlier access to theatres and lengthened intervals times will ensure limited interactions between patron groups. For cinema sessions we will not be allocating seating. Social distancing within the auditorium will be the responsibility of the patron, however WUCAC staff will oversee compliance to the COVID Safe Guidelines. Furniture in WUCAC's foyer and the kiosk has been arranged in line with social distancing requirements. We encourage our visitors to wait outside once they have completed their purchases.




How will WUCAC be managing contact tracing?


In line with COVID Safe requirements, WUCAC has introduced a new system of gathering the contact details of all patrons at the time of booking via the TryBooking website. Whether booking online or at the Box Office all bookers will be required to provide contact details for themselves and their guests prior to completing their transaction.




What hygiene facilities will be in place?


Under it's COVID Safe Plan WUCAC is ensuring more frequent and intense cleaning of all facilities within its venue. Patrons will have regular access to sanitiser and WUCAC is encouraging contactless interactions and payment wherever possible. Limited numbers in the lift and bathroom facilities at any given time will be monitored by WUCAC staff.




Do I need to stay in my seat once inside the theatre?


Patrons are strongly encouraged to stay in their selected seats once inside the theatre and must maintain a distance of 1.5m from other groups when exiting the theatre for interval or at the end of the performance.




Will I be able to purchase food and drink whilst at WUCAC?


Our kiosk will be open for session times with strict guidelines around queuing and contactless payment strongly encouraged. Masks may be removed to eat and drink as required but please refit them as often as possible. Please take your rubbish with you when you leave. Bins are available at each exit.




If I am unwell and cannot attend my performance will I receive a refund?


Any cancellations required due to illness or exposure to COVID-19 will be fully refunded. Patrons should contact -------to request a refund. Refunds will not apply to patrons attending a WUCAC event who are asked to leave due to displaying symptoms of COVID-19 or failure to comply with COVID-19 guidelines. In accordance with our Conditions of Entry, all visitors enter WUCAC at their own risk. Whilst WUCAC has implemented all legally required and recommended control measures in relation to the COVID-19 pandemic, by entering WUCAC all visitors acknowledge and accept that there currently remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of COVID-19. All visitors are assumed to have assessed this risk of transmission, including through consideration of their own health condition, in making the decision to attend the centre.
